What is your enrollment process?
To enroll your child at Learning Tots Dayhome, please contact us on our number or visit us at 6 New Brighton Circle SE, Calgary. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information, discuss availability, and guide you through the enrollment process.
How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress?
We closely liaise with parents to ensure children progress, grow, and learn in every area of development. Regular updates are provided, and we encourage open communication to address any questions or concerns you may have.
What is your approach to nutrition and meal planning?
We provide fresh, home-cooked vegetarian meals daily, prepared in our in-house kitchen. All meals and snacks adhere to the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) standards, ensuring balanced nutrition for your child. We avoid fried foods and extra-sugary snacks to promote healthy eating habits.
How do you ensure the safety and security of the children?
Our facility is designed with child safety in mind, featuring child-friendly infrastructure to support independence in routine care, play, and learning activities. We conduct routine temperature checks and sanitation rounds to maintain a healthy environment. Additionally, our staff is CPR and first aid certified, ensuring preparedness for any emergencies
